We are a commercial finance brokerage in Sydney, and we are hiring two brokers. High-quality leads come in consistently, with deal sizes from $50k to $10M+.
Open Roles
Both roles are commission only with no cap and OTE $200k+, written under the Ardent Capital Group banner with your own ABN, and ask for at least three years writing commercial deals, not only residential, as a commercial finance broker or in a commercial BDM role, with credit and loan writing experience. Both are mid-level roles, and we supply the leads, so you do not need your own book.
Commercial Finance Broker
Everything commercial: property, business lending, construction and development, equipment, bridging and refinance. For a hunter who is driven, works at pace and is hungry to get the deal done.
Three years or more writing commercial deals, not only residential, as a commercial finance broker or commercial BDM. Lender accreditation preferred.
