Ardent Capital Group Pty Ltd (ACN 610 215 739) is a Credit Representative of Finsure Finance & Insurance Pty Ltd, Australian Credit Licence No. 384704. We are authorised to provide credit assistance. We do not hold an Australian Financial Services Licence and we do not provide financial product advice, including advice about superannuation, self-managed super funds, or whether to acquire property through one. Information we publish about self-managed super fund purchases is factual information about how lenders assess these loans, and about the legal and regulatory requirements that apply to them. It is not a recommendation and does not take into account your objectives, financial situation or needs. Where a purchase involves a self-managed super fund, we arrange the finance and work alongside licensed financial advisers and SMSF specialists, who provide the superannuation advice. You should obtain that advice before establishing a fund or acquiring property through one.
